Common problems & solutions
Problem NO1 . When printer bucket is hard to be opened, most likely its
cutter has been stuck
Solution: For this case, please turn off printer power and rotate the white
gear shows below. This is method is to let cutter reset.
Problem NO2. paper end LED flashes
Solution: turn off printer power,then check whether there is enough
paper .
ProblemNO3. paper jam occurred.
Solution:please open printer bucket, clear out jam ticket and load paper
again.
ProblemNO4. printer doesn’t cut ticket
Reason A: user doesn’t load paper through second shaft correctly.
Solution A: reload paper correctly by refer paper loading chapter.
Reason B: user activate blackmark but used normal thermal paper.
Solution B: check DIP switch and turn off blackmark function.
Problem NO5 print blank ticket
Solution: check loading thermal paper surface.
