OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – WET VACUUMING
BEFORE STARTING
WARNING!
Ensure to read, understand, and apply the safety instructions in Section 1.
Reminder: DO NOT vacuum hazardous substances.
1. Ensure that the power cord is disconnected from the power outlet. Ensure that the tank is clean and free
of dust and dirt (figure1).
2. Remove the cartridge filter. Install a foam filter over the filter basket and place the top section back on the
tank (figure 2).
DO NOT use the cartridge filter for wet materials.
3. Fit the desired nozzle to the vacuum hose (figure 3).
4. Ensure that the switch is in the “O” position before plugging the power cord into the power outlet (figure 4).
5. Switch the Wet/Dry Vacuum on (figure 5).
6.After use, empty and dry the tank (figure 6).
When vacuuming large quantities of liquid from a sink or container, etc., do not immerse the nozzle
completely into the liquid; leave a gap at the top of the nozzle opening to allow for air inflow. The machine is
fitted with a float valve that stops the suction action when the tank reaches its maximum capacity. An
increase in motor speed will be noticed. When this occurs, turn off the machine, disconnect from the power
supply, remove the head from the tank and empty the liquid into a suitable receptacle or drain. To continue
vacuuming, refit the head and proceed. After wet vacuuming, turn the machine off and remove the plug from
the power supply. Empty the tank and clean/dry the inside and the outside before storage.
Remember!
The foam filter must be removed after wet vacuuming and a cartridge filter must be installed
before dry vacuuming again.
