TING INSTRUCTIONS
CONNECT THE POLES ( fig. 2)
ATTACH WITHOUT THE EXTENSION POLE
( fig. 2a)
1. Remove the battery pack.
2. Align the rib on the front pole with the arrow slot on
the rear pole and push the front pole into the rear
pole.
3. Rotate the threaded sleeve to the thread on the
threaded connection securely.
4. Pull on the front pole to verify that it is securely locked in place.
ATTACH WITH THE EXTENSION POLE ( fig. 2b)
The extension pole extends the cutting range. It should be connected between the front pole and the
rear pole.
Follow the previous instructions to connect the front pole to one end of the extension pole, and then
connect the rear pole to the other end of the extension pole the same way.
NOTICE:
• Do not grasp the screw sleeve during operation.

• Never attach or adjust the pole assembly with the battery installed. Failure to stop the motor and remove
the battery may cause serious personal injury. It’s also recommended to attach the chain sheath when
handling the pole assembly.
• Be certain that the threaded sleeve is fully tightened before operating the tool; check it periodically for
tightness during use to avoid serious personal injury.
