4.2.1.1

Setting communication

There are 3 ways of establishing communication with TAPCON

®

230:

• Serial connection (RS232) via zero modem

• Modem

• TCP/IP network connection

Proceed as follows to set the communication options:

1. Settings > Communication

The "Communication options" dialog box opens.

2. Select the type of communication you want.

3. Confirm with OK.

The communication option is set.
