Update System
Select File/Choose File
Click the
Choose File
push button and navigate to the folder on the
laptop with the software update file from the Airxcel Customer Portal
(See Bulletin 18-002, NextGen Controller Software Update Instructions,
for details on accessing and downloading software updates). Select the
file then press the
OK
push button. The update file name will now be
displayed to the right of the
Choose File
push button. Click the
Update
push button to start the update process. The system will
display the update in progress information screen with instructions to
re-enable the Wi-fi and reconnect after the controller has restarted.
Re-enable the Wi-fi hot spot, connect to the controller and select
Status
from the menu bar on the main screen. Verify that the version
number on the status screen matches the software version from the
Customer Portal download file. At this point, the controller software
update process is complete. Simply close the web browser to
disconnect from the controller. The Wi-fi hot spot will automatically
turn off after a period of 30 minutes.
Download Results for Previous
Update
Click this push button to download and save the detailed system-level
diagnostics file associated with the last software update. This file,
Update Results.txt, may be requested by Marvair customer support to
help diagnose issues with software updates.
