Locating belt
cleaner
1. On both sides of chute, find pulley center point (A).
2. Measure radius of head pulley including lagging and belt thickness (B).
3. On the far side of chute, start from center point (A), measure the total
distance calculated in step 2 (B + 13 mm [1/2 in.]), and draw an arc on
chute wall.
4. On the operator side of chute, start from center point (A), draw an arc on
chute wall with a radius of (B + 13 mm [1/2 in.]). Draw an additional arc
on chute wall with a radius of (B + 28.7 mm [1-1/8 in.]).
