If the products are not ready yet, set the additional operating time by turning the timer knob.  
In order to get better cooking performance, it is recommended to pre-heat the oven about 10-15 minutes. DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE MORE THAN 4 HOURS WITHOUT A BREAK. 

 

HEATING MODE SELECTION 

To set the desired heating mode, turn the heating mode adjustment knob "5" to one of the following positions: 

 

 

 

 

 - the upper heating elements operating mode.   

 

  - the lower heating elements operating mode.  

 

 

 

 

 - the upper & lower heating elements operating mode.     

 - all heating elements & operating modes are off.

 

 

SWITCHING ON CONVECTION MODE AND ROTATION OF THE SKEWER/ROTISSERIE 

To turn on the convection mode or the rotation of the skewer/rotisserie, or both modes together, turn the knob "3" to one of the following positions: 

 - convection mode.                                                             

 - rotation of the skewer/rotisserie.

 

 

 

 

 - convection mode & rotation of the skewer/rotisserie.       

 - convection mode & rotation of the skewer/rotisserie are off. 

 

USING THE ROTISSERIE 

 

Loosen the clamps on the retainers. 

 

Attach one retainer to the rod of the rotisserie, insert the rod through the product you are going to cook, place the food in the center of the rotisserie, and attach the second retainer. Make sure that 
the clamps are twisted and the impaled product is firmly fixed on the rotisserie. Do not allow the product parts to come into contact with the heating elements! 

 

Set the rotisserie with the right end 

 in the drive hole in the center of the right wall inside the chamber, and the end with the cap 

 in the slot 

holder located on the left wall of the chamber. 

 

Set the desired temperature, then choose desired cooking modes by turning the knobs “5” & “6” and set the timer. 

 

To avoid burns, use the supplied handle “8” and gloves (not included) to install and remove the skewer or the rotisserie. 

 

To remove the skewer or the rotisserie, first lift the left side of the skewer so that it comes out of the slot holder, then remove the right side. 

 

USING THE SKEWER 

 

Loosen the clamps on the retainers. 

 

Thread the rod through the square holes in the skewer (parallel to the shapruram). 

 

Tighten the clamps. 

 

Skewer the product you are going to cook. 

 

Set the skewer with the right end in the drive hole in the center of the right wall inside the chamber, and the end with the cap in the slot holder located on the left wall of the chamber. 

 

Set the desired temperature, then choose desired cooking modes by turning the knobs “5” & “6” and set the timer. 

 

To avoid burns, use the supplied handle “8” and gloves (not included) to install and remove the skewer or the rotisserie.
