the next troubleshooting solution. If not, follow the next steps.

Open a terminal.

In the terminal, successively enter these command lines (press
Enter
after each one) to remove
Java from the computer:
•
sudo rm -fr /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin
•
sudo rm -fr /Library/PreferencePanes/JavaControlPanel.prefPane
•
sudo rm -fr ~/Library/Application\ Support/Oracle/Java
4.
Now, you need to install Java version 7. Download the software installer
jre-7u71-macosx-
x64.dmg
from Marport FTP server. To know how to connect to the FTP, see

5.
Open the software installer that you downloaded to install Java. See
on page 28.
