It may be because the version of Mozilla Firefox installed on the computer is other than versions
22 to 51. This happens if you updated Firefox version via an error message. In this case, you need to
downgrade Firefox version.
Marport offices only:
1.
First, check the version of Firefox: open Firefox and from the top toolbar, click

. The correct version must be
between 22 and 51
. If this is not the case, follow the next
steps.
2.
In
Applications
folder, right-click Firefox and click
Move to Trash
.
3.
Now, you need to install a compatible version of Firefox. Download the software installer

from Marport FTP server. To know how to connect to the FTP, see

4.
Open the software installer to install Firefox. See
on page 27.
When Java and Firefox version are compatible, the system web page should look like this:
