Speaker Anywhere 400™
Speaker lighting ON/OFF
The atmospheric lighting can be switched ON/OFF on both the remote control and the
speakers with the “Light” button [7/16].
Switching the speaker ON/OFF/Stand-by
1. Turn the speaker ON/ OFF by pushing the button at the front of the speaker [6]. The blue
signal LED on the speaker indicates whether the speaker is switched ON or OFF.
2. Use the button of the remote control [13] to switch the speaker to stand-by mode. The
blue signal LED [3] will turn green.
Power save function
When not in use, both the transmitter and the speakers automatically switch off to prevent
unnecessary use of energy in cases mentioned below;
1. When the speaker is switched to the stand-by mode using the remote control (the blue
signal LED at the front of the speaker turns green) it will automatically switch off after 5
minutes.
2. When the transmitter does not receive any signal or a weak audio signal for 4 minutes it
will automatically switch off. The transmitter will automatically switch on again if a (strong)
audio signal is recognized.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No Sound
Ensure;
* the speaker is switched ON (the LED on the speaker is blue).
* the audio source is switched ON and playing (the LED on the transmitter [3] is blue).
* the volume of the audio source and speakers is high enough.
* the power adapter is fully inserted into the wall outlet and the Power connection (DC IN)
on the transmitter [5] and speaker [11].
* the battery capacity is sufficient. Replace with new batteries or connect a power adapter
to the speakers.
Distorted sound
* Press the “AUTO TUNING” button [8] on the speakers to tune the right frequency.
* Select an other channel (1, 2 or 3) on the transmitter [4] and press on the “AUTO TUNING”
button [8/14].
* Check the battery capacity. Replace with new batteries or connect a power adapter to the
speakers.
* The speaker is too far from the transmitter, move closer.
* Input level of the audio source is too high or too low. Adjust the volume of the audio source
until the sound is received correct.
