7. Running the Train for the First Time
Plug the switched mode switched power pack into
the controller
Set the locomotive address on the controller and
run the locomotive
6.3 Overload Protection
A built-in overload protection protects the
switched mode switched power pack from dam-
age in the event of an overload or a short circuit.
The switched mode switched power pack turns
itself off and waits until the problem has been cor-
rected. Do not try to run any locomotive or control
any turnout as long as the problem is still present.
