BLEEDING / WINTERIZING - in this position the
valve is passing in all directions, the escaping
air will allow the pump chamber to be flooded
spontaneously. The position is also used for
winterizing, or longer-term filtration shut-down.
FLUSHING - the position is used during the
first start-up with a new sand medium or after
performing a „RINSING“, the whirling sand will
settle and the residual impurities will be rinsed
through the „WASTE“ neck - remove the plug!
FILTRATION - primary position of the valve, the
water is filtered through the sand medium and
returned to the swimming pool.
CLOSED - do not switch on the device!
