1.4 PLUMBING NOTES
- PLEASE NOTE GA26O model is supplied factory pre-set at Nominal 70°C maximum outlet
watertemperature to comply.
- The GA26O unit REQUIRES a temperature control device to be installed.
- Please follow all the instructions in the Installation Guide and the following additional
instructions for the water heater outlet connection:
1. When connecting the hot water supply to the fixtures of the property a minimum
of two (2) metres of pipework must be used between the outlet of the water heater
and the first tap / outlet. (As shown in the picture below).
2. The hot water line should be insulated with Armaflex or similar pipe insulation.
3. When the installation is completed the temperature is to be tested at the taps to
confirm the water temperature does not exceed the required 50ºC setting.
4. Water pipe size is nominal 15mm from hot water outlet to the first tap / outlet.
5. Gas pipe size is nominal 20mm.
