EMERGENCY ASS/STANCE is also available from the Network Solutions Group outside of normal busi-
ness hours. In the event of a “Site Down (off air) or on Bafterv Backup” situation by failure of a Mar
Communications power system or a component thereof, calls to the Help Desk at will be
returned minutes by a Technical Support Representative.
NON EMERGENCY: If the situation is not an emergency as defined above, the party is asked to
please call the Help Desk on the business day.

When making a call to the Help Desk, the calling party should identify themselves and their company, and be
prepared to provide the following information:
