Remove the cover of the recorder.
There are four hard drive positions in two hard drive trays. Position 1 is at the bottom of the
right-hand tray, position 2 is at the top of the right-hand tray, position 3 is at the bottom of the
left-hand tray, and position 4 is at the top of the left-hand tray.
The following photo shows the hard drive positions in the unit without any hard drives installed.
Important:
This unit must contain all four hard drives to support RAID.
