7.3. About each mode

With the mode selected, press the

button to set that mode.
(1) Laser on/off (CD/DVD/BD) mode
Press the

button to select [X] and press the 1 button to set it.
Laser on/off control is executed and the laser current is displayed.

The fi rst time, the address speci fi ciation position is the uppermost position (5th place). The address speci fi ciation
position moves downwards each time the 1 button is pressed.
The address speci fi ciation position fl ashes (at an interval of about 0.5 seconds). If the 1 button is pressed after
moving to the lowermost position (10th place), the position moves to the uppermost position
Use the

or
9
button to change the display at the address speci fi cation position.
When the
2
button is pressed, the layer above the current layer is displayed. See "7.4 Stopping the mode" (page
21).
