AUTOMATIC FLAME SETTING DURING PIZZA COOKING

SETTINGS ONLY AVAILABLE WITH BAKING BURNER IN AUTOMATIC MODE
Use the oven console joystick (n) to give a cooking command; the flame will
automatically switch to the last setting, led (11). The setting can be increased or
decreased using the gas console buttons (9
–
10). The led (11) indicate the quantity
of flame being programmed.
The setting will be retained until reprogrammed.

INDIVIDUAL FLAME CALIBRATION:

The baking burner has 5 flames. Each of the 5 flames has individual settings from 1
to 5.
Individual calibration of each flame:
With the burner ignited in manual mode, with
the green led (2) steady,
press buttons (9-10) to select the number of the flame to
be calibrated (see lights 11),
then
hold down button (7) for more than 3 seconds
until the flame level led (11) start to flash, and use the buttons (9-10) to calibrate the
level of the flame, choosing a setting from one to five.
WARNING:
IF THE BURNER FLAMES TEND TO GO OUT AFTER CALIBRATION, SET HIGHER CALIBRATION
VALUES.
Important
: during setting, if no button is pressed for more than 10 seconds the system will
quit the programming mode.

Burners have a safety blocking mode device and go out in the event of a
malfunction. When the safety blocking-mode is tripped, the red led (12) of the
baking burner and the red led (6) of the turbo burner illuminate on the gas console
and the buzzer sounds.
Resetting the safety cut-out:
To reset the safety blocking mode, hold down button (1)
for the baking burner
or button (4)
for the turbo burner.
