Lighting the turbo burner
: Make sure that the general switch-on procedure point (
A
)
has been carried out
and hold down button (4) for more than 2 seconds;
the led (5)
will flash green to confirm ignition of the burner.
The burner is in automatic mode.
If the red led (6) comes on as a result of this ignition operation, the burner is
blocked. Refer to "point M" for further information.
Switching off the turbo burner
: In manual mode,
hold down button (4) for more than
2 seconds;
the light (5) will go out to confirm that the burner has been switched off.

Introduction:
The gas console has to be used in manual mode for the performance
of some programming procedures
.
MANUAL MODE IS IDEAL FOR PERFORMING TESTS AND FOR IDENTIFYING THE DATA TO BE INSERTED IN
AUTOMATIC MODE
Console in manual mode
: With the console operating in manual mode, console
operations and burner functions all require the presence of the operator.
For example: the operator will reduce the flame setting if the oven is at the required
temperature, will decide whether to ignite or switch off the turbo burner, will choose
the cooking flame size, etc. It is important to remember that the operator must
always decide what to do in all circumstances, using the controls described, based
on requirements as they arise.
Activating the baking burner manual mode:
Make sure that the burner is on and
press button (1) once; the green led (2) will show a steady light
and manual mode
is enabled.
Manual adjustment of the baking burner:
Use the buttons (10-9) to set the flame as
required.
Restoring baking burner automatic mode:
press button (1) once; the green led (2)
will flash
and automatic mode is activated.
