PROGRAMMING THE COOKING TIME
Use: (d)

COOKING TIME PROGRAMMING AUTOMATICALLY SETS THE COOK PLATE INSERTION, EXTRACTION
AND ONE-TURN COOKING SPEED.
Programming
:
With the oven console on,
press the SET button (d) once; the led (h)
will come on and the display (j) will show the time.
Move the Joystick (n) in the “+”
or “
-
“direction
to increase or decrease the setting. The cook plate rotation speed
will be varied automatically.
The values will be changed by 5 seconds for every
command given.
Important:
To quit the programming mode, press the button (d) again for 3 seconds,
or wait 10 seconds.
Important
: During setting, if no button is pressed for more than 10 seconds the
system will quit the programming mode.

MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE SETTING
450 ° Celsius.
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE SETTING
122 ° Fahrenheit,
MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE SETTING
850 °
Fahrenheit.
Operation:
When the oven temperature is reached, the baking burner switches to
maintenance mode, modulating the flame to keep the oven at the set
temperature (default function).
The baking burner flame can also be turned off completely when the set
temperature is reached. See “point
N
“.
The TURBO burner turns off automatically when the set temperature is exceeded
and restarts automatically when the temperature drops below the setting.
FUNCTIONS ONLY ACTIVE WITH BURNERS IN AUTOMATIC MODE
