PROFESSIONAL STOPWATCH
• Please read this manual carefully before use and
keep it for later reference.
• The pictures shown in this manual are supplied
purely for illustration, and differences with the
product are possible.

A sequence of measurement data captured
between the start and end of the run is recorded
as a group of data “BLK”. The memory can store
up to 30 data blocks without having to delete
earlier blocks.

OPERATION
Changing mode
Press “D” to change mode in the following
sequence:
Time/Date – Alarm – Stopwatch – Timer – Fre-
quency meter
Time/date display and setting
In Time/Date mode, press “C” for 2 seconds to
access the “Time/Date” parameter. The year starts
to flash. Now press “B” to display lap by lap and
repeatedly, the year, month, date, 12/24 format,
hours, minutes and seconds. Press “A” to incre-
ment the number flashing by one unit. Hold this
button down to increment the value quickly. Once
the settings have been entered, press “C” to exit
the parameters.

Setting the alarm
Please refer to the picture at the end of this
document:
In Time/Date mode, press “D” to display “alarm”
mode, then press button “C” and hold it down for 2
seconds to access the alarm parameter. Press “B”
when the hour starts to flash in order to display the
hours and minutes lap by lap and repeatedly. Press
“A” to increment the value by one unit. Hold this
button down to increment the value quickly. Once
the settings have been entered, press “C” to exit
the alarm parameter.
In “alarm” mode, press “A” to turn the alarm on or
off. “ON” means that the alarm is on, whereas “-”
indicates that it is off. On reaching the set time, the
alarm sounds for 15 seconds. To turn it off, simply
press any button.
STOPWATCH
Stopwatch setting
Please refer to the picture at the end of this
document:
Access the stopwatch, then press “A” to start or stop
the stopwatch.
• If a stopwatch is running, press “B” to record the
time for each lap.
• If the stopwatch is paused, press “B” to reset
it and record the preceding times stored as a
data group.
• If the stopwatch has been reset (display of a
series of zeroes), the current memory shows the
remaining space in memory and “MEM” (Mem-
ory) is visible.
• If a stopwatch is running or paused, the mem-
ory shows the current number of laps and
“MEM” (Memory) does not appear.
• If the memory is full and cannot record the
updated data, the memory number flashes to
indicate that the memories must be deleted.
Stored data recall
A sequence of measurement data captured
between the start and end of the run is recorded
as a group of data “BLK”. The memory can store up
to 30 data blocks without having to delete earlier
blocks.
Press “C” to access “recall” mode (if no datum is
stored, then recall is impossible) if a stopwatch is
running/stopped/reset. Once the desired “memory
group” is shown, press “A” to access the data. Each
press on “A” recalls the best time (FS), longest time
(SL) and mean time (AV), as well as the different
times in memory of this memory group. Holding the
button down will recall them quickly. Press “D” at
any time to return to “stopwatch” mode.
TIMER
Setting the timer
Press “D” to switch to “timer” mode, then press
button “C” and hold it down for 2 seconds to access
the parameter.

The timer hour starts to flash. Now press “B” to tog
-
gle between hours, minutes and seconds. While the
number is flashing, press “A” to increment the value
by one unit. Holding the button down increments
the value quickly. Press “C” to exit parameters.
Once the settings are completed, the intermediate
line (time currently elapsed) is updated based on
the top line (programmed time). If the programmed
time is “0”, the time currently elapsed will start the
count from “9:59:59”.
Starting the timer
Press “A” to start or stop the count in “timer” mode.
The bottom line (number of times the time set on
the timer has elapsed) shows “1” once the pro-
grammed time has elapsed for the first time. An
alarm now sounds and the count restarts. “Timer”
mode is halted and the number of times the time
set on the timer has elapsed is reset to “0” when
it reaches 9999. Press “B” to reset the timer and
delete the number of times the time set on the
timer has elapsed in “timer” mode.
FREQUENCY METER
Frequency meter setting
Please refer to the picture at the end of this
document:
If you are in “time” mode, press “D” to switch to
“frequency meter” mode. The frequency starts to
flash. Now press “B” to select the desired frequency
in the following order: 10 > 20 > 30 > 40 > 60 >
80 > 120 > 160 > 240 > 320.
Starting the frequency meter
Please refer to the picture at the end of this
document:
Press “A” to start or stop the frequency meter after
having selected the desired frequency. If “frequency
meter” mode is turned on, an alert sounds once per
minute and the frequency shown is “1”, according
to the frequency selected. The maximum number
for the frequency is 9999. The frequency meter is
stopped and reset. The number shown for the fre-
quency is deleted when it reaches 9999.
If the frequency meter is paused, press “B” to
reset it and delete the number corresponding to
the frequency. Press “B” after resetting to reset the
frequency.
It is possible to measure between 10 and 180
movements per minute. For example, the caption
F-10 means that a “beep” will sound 10 times in
60 seconds, in other words at 6 second intervals.
The caption F-80 means that a “beep” will sound 80
times in 60 seconds, in other words at 0.75 second
intervals.
CHANGING THE BATTERY AND LOW
BATTERY WARNING
To change the battery, open the back cover by turn-
ing it to the left. The battery will pop out. Insert
the new battery under the metal clasp and keep it
there with your finger. Replace the battery cover by
holding down the battery and turning the cover to
the right to lock it in place.
The intermediate line of the screen flashes and indi
-
cates that the battery is low. Please contact your
local reseller to have it replaced by a CR2032 (lith-
ium) or other equivalent battery.
MAINTENANCE
• Keep the stopwatch away from any serious
vibration and from any impact with hard objects
to avoid damaging it.
•
Avoid any prolonged exposure in environments
subject to high temperatures.
• Replace the battery as soon as possible if it is
almost flat.
• If the stopwatch is not stamped “water-resist-
ant”, avoid any immersion in water or exposure
to damp (water, steam or other).

WERKING
Wijziging van de modus
Druk op “D” om van modus te wijzigen in de onder-
staande volgorde:
Uur/Datum – Alarm – Chronometer – Timer
– Frequentiemeter
Weergave en parameterinstelling van het
uur/de datum
In de modus Uur/Datum, druk 2 seconden op “C”
om de parameter “Uur/Datum” te openen. Het jaar
begint te knipperen. Druk dan op “B” om, om beur-
ten en op herhaalde wijze, het jaar, de maand, de
dag, het formaat 12/24, de uren, de minuten en de
seconden te tonen. Druk op “A” om het knipperende
cijfer met één eenheid te verhogen. Houd de knop
ingedrukt om de waarde snel te verhogen. Zodra
de afstellingen uitgevoerd zijn, druk op “C” om de
parameters te verlaten.

Parameterinstelling van het alarm
Gelieve de afbeelding aan het einde van dit docu-
ment te bekijken:
In de modus Uur/Datum, druk op “D” om de modus
“alarm” te tonen; druk dan op de knop “C” en houd
hem 2 seconden ingedrukt om de alarmparameter
te openen. Druk op “B” wanneer het uur begint te
knipperen om, om beurten en op herhaalde wijze,
de uren en de minuten weer te geven. Druk op “A”
om de waarde met één eenheid te verhogen. Houd
de knop ingedrukt om de waarde snel te verhogen.
Zodra de afstellingen uitgevoerd zijn, druk op “C”
om de alarmparameter te verlaten.
In de modus “alarm”, druk op “A” om het alarm te
activeren/deactiveren. “ON” betekent dat het alarm
actief is, terwijl “-” aangeeft dat het gedeactiveerd
