Installing the Oil Saddle Reservoir (Applicable to fryers with side oil saddle
reservoir only)
Carefully cut the shipping strap around the oil saddle hose on the rear of the
fryer. Attach the hose to the oil saddle reservoir quick disconnect on the
bottom of the reservoir. Lift up the orange quick disconnect and insert the
male adaptor of the hose. Once the male end is fully inserted, release the
quick disconnect to attach. Once attached, pull gently on the hose to
ensure it is connected (see Figure 4).
Using the enclosed strap, attach to the saddle hose as shown. Attach to the
oil saddle handle to keep the hose off of the floor (see Figure 5).
