9. Guarantee
• This product is covered by a 5 year warranty from date of purchase for any defects in design or materials used in its manufacture.
• This warranty is for the repair and/or replacement, without cost, for original components which may be defective or, in
the case repair is not possible, replacement of the entire unit.
• This warranty does not cover accessories supplied with the product nor those parts subject to normal wear and tear.
• Only repairs made by an authorized technical service are covered by this warranty
• The product must be sent to an authorized service center no later than 8 days after the defect has been noticed.
• All transportation costs for the repair or replacement are at the user’s expense.
• Any repairs not covered by the warranty are at the user’s expense.
• This warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, abuse of the product or if damaged due to dropping, rough
use or any other fault that is not due to a manufacturing defect.
• This warranty does not include compensation of any damages to persons, things, either direct or indirect, that may have
occurred when the blood presume meter was not operating.
• The warranty card must be filled in and sent to the address indicated within 10 days of purchase in order to be valid.
We recommend that you keep a copy of the coupon and the original sales receipt in a safe place in case it is needed for
a claim.
• This warranty is valid from the date of purchase certified by the ticket or invoice issued at the place of purchase and
must be attached to the warranty card when making any claim.
