WARNING:
To prevent possible injury to personnel and/or damage to the equipment, lock
out and tag the electrical service to the equipment.
Lubricate Swivel Casters
Items required:
1 - Lightweight Machine Oil
Apply one drop of oil to the ball bearing assembly (1). Do not over lubricate the bearing.
Lubricate Vertical Tube
Items required:
1 - Permatex Super Lube with Teflon Grease (M&R Part No. 7018034)
1 - Small Brush

Loosen the Lock Handle (2).
2.
Lift the handle or turn the Height Adjustment Wheel (1) clockwise to raise the unit up on the Vertical
Tube (3) approximately 2” (5.1 cm). Tighten the Lock Handle (2).
3.
Use a small brush to apply a thin film of grease to the Vertical Tube (3).
4.
Return the unit to its original position.
