Maintenance
Check The Operation Of All The Quartz Heating Elements
IMPORTANT:
This maintenance procedure requires electrical
power to be connected to the flash cure.
WARNING:
To prevent injury, do not put any part of your body
under the reflector assembly when electrical power is connected
to the flash cure.
Turn the flash cure on and visually inspect each heating element
to make sure it is operating.
Clean Surface of Flash Cure
With electrical power disconnected, as per previous instruction,
remove any dirt or spray which may have accumulated on the
surface of the flash cure.
Daily
Clean Filter Screens
With electrical power disconnected, as per previous instruction,
remove the frames (1) and screens (2) located on the front of
the flash cure.
Check and clean the filter screens (2) as needed.
Reinstall filter screens (2) and frames (1).
Clean Heating Elements
With electrical power disconnected, as per previous instruction,
clean quartz heating elements (1) using Isopropyl Alcohol on a
lint free cloth and wearing lint-free gloves (2).
Every Two
Weeks
Remove Dirt from Blower Wheel
With electrical power disconnected, as per previous instruction,
open electrical cabinet, use a vacuum cleaner to remove dirt,
dust or lint from the blower wheel(s) (1).
