I dispositivi e le protezioni di sicurezza non devono mai
essere manomessi.
Prima della messa in funzione dell’apparecchiatura accer-
tarsi del loro corretto funzionamento e posizionamento
verificandone l’effeicienza .

TARGHE
5.2 RISCHI RESIDUI
Si riportano i rischi residui (rischi parzialmente eliminati),
per poter valutare meglio la disposizione di eventuali
sistemi di sicurezza o protezioni.
E’ intrinseco nell’uso del forno a legna il contatto con
materiale caldo (pizze) e materiale in combustione (legna
ardente).
Pericolo di scottature
Prestare particolare attenzione durante le operazioni
di cottura. Per la manipolazione delle pizze, prima,
durante e dopo la cottura è obbligatorio utilizzare gli
accessori in dotazione (vedi paragrafo 3.1.2).

The safety devices and protections must never be tampered
with.
Before starting the wood-burning oven make sure that
these devices are working properly and are in the right
position.
5.1 PLATES POSITIONING AND IDENTIFICATION
5.2 RESIDUAL RISKS
The residual risks (risks that have been partially eliminated)
are indicated so that it is possible to assess the best setup
of the safety systems or protections.
It’s inherent in the wood-burning oven that the personnel
are in contact with hot material (pizzas) and burning
material (firewood).
Burnings danger
Pay a particular attention during the baking phase.
For the pizzas handling, before, during and after the
baking it’s compulsory the use of the kit of accessories
(see section 3.1.2)
