Changing the saw blade
Protect yourself against cutting injuries by wearing gloves! Push the spindle lock (12) to pre-
vent a turning of the saw blade and loosen the hex screw (13) by turning the hexagonal key
counter-clockwise (21). Pull back the saw guard (16). Now remove the hex screw (13), the
flange (11) and the saw blade (10). Before inserting the new blade, make sure that it is facing
the right direction of rotation. This is indicated by arrows both on the saw as well as the saw
blade (10). They have to point in the same direction. To mount the saw blade (10), follow the
removal procedure in reverse.
Firmly tighten the hex screw (13) counter-clockwise!
Working with the hand-held circular saw
Only saw blades for sawing wood are suitable for your saw! do not use saw blade to
cut stone or metal! The laser (5) marks the desired cutting line on your workpiece. To
switch on the device, push the switch-on lock (2) and then push the On/Off switch (3).
To switch off the device, let go of the On/Off switch (3). Always hold the saw with both
hands while working with it! Switch on the device before applying it to the workpiece.
Without applying any additional pressure, guide the saw and give the saw blade time to
follow its cutting line.
Attention: Do not use any grinding wheels!
CARE ANd MAINTENANCE
Overload
Never use excessive force while sawing. Too much pressure reduces the speed of the de-
vice, but the required power increases greatly. This leads to an overload, which can dam-
age the motor. If the machine becomes too hot, then let it run for 2 minutes without any
load and then pause for a while.
Cleaning
Attention! Remove the battery before all cleaning and maintenance.
Clean the machine with a clean cloth and a brush. do not use solvents. Make sure that
the ventilation slits are not blocked!
