USING THE HEATER
This heater uses a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heating element, which
adjusts the output depending on the temperature of the incoming air. As the interior
warms up, the output is reduced and as a result the power consumption is also reduced.
OVERHEATING
Overheating usually occurs when a heater has any of its vents obstructed. The heater is
equipped with a thermal cut-out which automatically shuts the appliance off if it becomes
overheated. It can only resume operation when the user resets the unit manually.
To Reset Heater
1. Unplug the heater and wait 5-10 minutes for the unit to cool down.
2. Then, turn on the unit again and operate normally.
The heater is also equipped with a thermal link. If this is released, the appliance cannot
operate anymore.
