DISASSEMBLY
REAR DISC
•
(Remove rear wheel).
The thickness of the rear brake disc must
NEVER be less than 3.5 mm; otherwise,
RENEW THE DISC.
•
Undo screws (V5).
When reassembling, use new screws and
apply a high strength thread locker.
SPROCKET
•
(Remove rear wheel).
•
Unfold the wings of the flange (A); then undo the
screws (V3).
When reassembling, once the screws have been tight-
ened, fold down the wings of the flange again (A).
NOTE
In the event that the scooter does not have a
flange, request one from the “Malaguti” Spare
Parts Service.
