DISASSEMBLING
(1) Remove M6x14 Hex head bolt and Flat washer 6 from Clutch drum complete while inserting Hex wrench into
Gear case assembly and pretighten Receive washer and Clamp washer with M10 Nut to prevent the rotation of
Shaft complete. (

(2) Unlock Retaining ring R-35 in the groove of Clutch case complete with 1R006 through the hole of Clutch drum
complete. (

(3) Tap the corners of Clutch case complete carefully with Plastic hammer to remove Clutch drum complete. (

(4) Separate Damper and Shaft complete from Clutch drum complete. (

(5) Remove Retaining ring S-17 from Clutch drum complete with 1R004. (

(6) Remove Ball bearing 6003LLU from Clutch drum complete with 1R022, 1R023 and Arbor press. (
