1. Assemble Ball bearing 

    6202DDW, Ring 19 and 

    Ring 12.

2. Assemble Retaining 

    ring R-35 to secure

    Ball bearing 6202DDW

    in place.

3. Insert Spindle into Ball

    bearing 6202DDW.

4. Putting Spindle thread into

    the hole of 1R035, 

    set Gear housing on 1R035.

5. Assemble Helical gear 37 to Spindle

    in Gear housing using Arbor press,  

    1R028 and 1R035.

Compression

6. Secure Helical gear 37 in place 

    with Ring spring 12.

7. Insert Steel ball 3.5 and

    Pin 4 into Spindle hole.

1. Insert Spindle into Gear housing.

2. Strike Spindle with Plastic hammer, and Ball bearing 6202DDW

    can be removed together with Spindle.

. Use the removed Spindle as a jig.

Note: 

Ball bearing 6202DDW is highly loaded when Spindle is removed from Helical gear 37. 

          Therefore, be sure to replace the ball bearing 6202DDW with the new one.
