[3]-3. Helical gear 37, Ball bearing 6202DDW

DISASSEMBLING

1. Remove Gear housing and 

    three 4x30 Tapping screws.

2. Remove Pin 4 and Steel ball 3.5

    from Spindle hole.

    Be careful not to lose them.

(3) Disassemble Spindle and Helical gear 37 as illustrated in 

Fig. 6

.

1. Inserting 1R026 over Spindle, 

    Press down 1R026 using arbor

    press to slightly push Spindle.

2. Set 1R283 between Arbor press

    and Spindle, and push down 

    Spindle with  Compression 

    spring 16 from Helical gear 37

    in Gear housing.

3. Remove Retaining ring R-35 using 1R005, 

    Separate Ring 12 and Ring 19 from Gear 

    housing.

3. Remove Ring spring 12

    from Spindle with Awl.

(2) Separating Gear housing, remove Pin 4, Steel ball 3.5 and Rind spring 12 from Spindle as illustrated in 

Fig. 5
