[3]-2. Armature

DISASSEMBLING

1. Remove Handle cover complete

    and four 4x18 Tapping screws.

    Remove Carbon brushes together 

    with Brush holders from Motor

    housing.

2. Separate Gear housing and Gear 

    housing cover complete from 

    Motor housing by removing three 

    4x30 Tapping screws.

Brush holder (2pcs.)

(1) Remove Armature from the machine as illustrated in 

Fig. 3

.

(2) Disassemble the Armature as illustrated in 

Fig. 4

.

Handle cover complete

Carbon

brush (2pcs.) 

Remove Armature ass’y from Gear 

housing cover complete with 1R045. 

Disassemble Armature ass’y as illustrated below.

Insulation washer

3. Armature ass’y can be removed 

   together with Gear housing cover 

   complete. Do not lose Pin 4 and Steel 

   ball 3.5 mounted in the Spindle hole.
