1. Remove Pin 3. And then, remove Flat washer 6 and Gasket.

    

Note

: Be careful not to lose Pin 3.

2. Remove Retaining ring S-14

    with 1R291.

3. Remove Spindle and Ball bearing 6202DDW from

    Gear housing section. Then, remove Gear complete 7-41

    and Spur gear 47 from Gear housing as drawn below.

4. Use Gear complete 7-41 as a jig to remove

   Ball bearing 626ZZ from Gear housing.

   Insert the shaft end of Gear complete 7-41 into 

   Ball bearing 626ZZ temporarily.

Spur gear 47

5. While tilting shaft of Gear complete 7-41, 

    tap the edge of

 

Gear housing complete with 

    a plastic hammer to remove Ball bearing 626ZZ 

    from Gear housing complete. 

6. Remove Ball bearing 

    6202DDW from 

    Spindle with 1R269.

1. Hold Switch handle in vise carefully.

    Note

: Use a rag to protect Switch handle in vise.  

    Remove Bearing retainer 22-36 by turning it clockwise with 1R340.

2. Separate Gear housing complete from

    the machine by removing four 5x40 

    Tapping screws.
