MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the tool is
switched off and the battery cartridge is removed
before attempting to perform inspection or
maintenance.
CAUTION:
To reduce the contact to the dust,
use goggles and dust mask when emptying the
tank or cleaning the lter.
NOTICE:
Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner,
alcohol or the like. Discoloration, deformation or
cracks may result.

Emptying the tank
WARNING:
Always make sure that the
cleaner is switched off and the battery cartridge
is removed before emptying the tank.

CAUTION:
Do not apply a great impact on
the tank.
A great impac t may c ause d ef ormation and
d amage to th e parts.
CAUTION:
Empty the tank at least once a day
although this depends on picked-up dust volume
in the tank.
O r, th e suc tion f orc e w ill w eaken and th e
motor may be broken.
CAUTION:
Do not grab the hook when empty-
ing the tank.

Shake off the dust from the HEPA filter and then dis

Cleaning of HEPA lter
NOTICE:
Do not rub or scratch the HEPA lter
with hard objects such as a brush and a paddle.
Clogged HEPA filter cause poor suction performance.
Clean out the filter from time to time.
1.
To remove the HEPA filter, unlock and remove the
tank c ov er.
2.
Turn the HEPA filter counterclockwise and pull out
of th e tank c ov er.

To remove dust adhering to the HEPA filter, shake
th e f rame bottom q uic kly sev eral times.
Occasionally wash the HEPA filter in water, rinse and
d ry th orough ly in th e sh ad e bef ore use. Nev er w ash th e
filter in a washing machine.

To install the HEPA filter, place and twist it clock

wise so that the securing lips are firmly locked in the
tank c ov er.

The filter wear out in course of time. It is rec

Installing pre lter set
Optional accessory

U nloc k and remov e th e tank c ov er.
2.
Set the damper on the HEPA filter and cover it
with the prefilter. Be sure to hook the rubber band of the
prefilter onto the lip of the HEPA filter.
