[4] Conversion from Grass shear to Hedge trimmer

M4 countersunk slotted head screw (2 pcs.) 

Shear blade

assembly

1. Fasten Shear blade assembly to Housing set with two M4 countersunk slotted head screws.

(4) After fastening Shear blade assembly to Housing set with two M4 countersunk slotted head screws,

      assemble Under cover complete. (

2. Put Under cover complete on the bottom of

Housing set.

3 Turn Under cover complete toward the locking position 

    with Lock lever pressed.

(1) Remove Shear blade assembly. (

(2) Put Crank complete upside down. (

(3) Mount Shear blade assembly (option) for 

      hedge trimmer on Crank housing. (

1. Turn Crank complete

until the projections

come to the following

position.

Joint of Housing L

and Housing R

2. Slide the elliptic holes of Shear blade A 

and B to engage with Crank complete,

and then insert an M4 Pan head screw

(as a fixing screw) temporarily to

maintain their positions.

3. Set Shear blade assembly in place

while holding the M4 Pan head

screw by hand.

Remove the M4 Pan head screw.

 

Note

: Crank portions of Shear blades A 

           and B have to be fit into Crank 

           complete correctly.
