DISASSEMBLING
To fit 1R292 to the notch of Bearing
retainer,
enlarge this width from 30mm
to 36mm
by grinding 1R292.

Clamp the machine
with vise.
Remove Bearing retainer 36-43 with 1R292
by turning it
clockwise

After removing Bearing retainer 36-43, remove Drill chuck
S10. At this time, Ball bearing 608ZZ, Retaining ring S-12,
Spiral bevel gear 26 and Ball bearing 6806DDW come with
Drill chuck S10.

Remove Ball bearing
608ZZ with 1R269.
Remove Retaining ring
S-12 with 1R291.

interfers in removing

Ball bearing 6806DDW
The tails of jaws enter into
Drill chuck S10 by closing jaws.
Now Ball bearing 6806DDW
is free from the tails of jaws.
Ball bearing 6806DDW

Insert the jaws of 1R045 into the
gaps between Drill chuck S10 and
Ball bearing 6806DDW.
And turn the handle of 1R045
clockwise.
Now Drill chuck S-10
is disassembled as
illustrated right.
