3) As illustrated in Fig. 14, Remove Spiral bevel gear 15 from
Armature using Bearing plate (No.1R022), Pipe ring (No.1R023),
Round bar 50 (No.1R280) and arbor press.

Do the reverse of the removing steps.
Note:
When press-fitting Spiral bevel gear 15 on Armature,
use Bearing plate 10.2 (No.1R033) and arbor press. (Fig. 15)
At this time, be sure to press down Armature till the end surface of
Spiral bevel gear completely contacts the surface of the second
stepped portion of the armature shaft. (Fig. 16)

1) Before assembling Gear complete to Spindle, insert Compression spring 8 in the hole of Spindle. (Fig. 17)
Note: Make sure that the Compression spring is inserted to the full depth before installing Gear complete.
2) See Fig. 18. Assemble Shoulder pin 4 (3pcs), Thrust needle bearing 821 and Plane bearing to Gear complete.
Note: Assemble Plane bearing 8 to Gear complete so that the end chamfered more than the other is placed
on the Motor side.
Then install the assembled Clutch section on Housing.
