Malfunction
Possible causes/measures
No power/function
Ensure that the radio is fully charged.
Switch on the radio by pressing and
holding the Power button.
No sound or radio interference
Ensure that earphones are plugged
into the radio and fully extend the
earphone cable. Rescan for available
stations via the Menu button.
Functionality issues
Go to the radio settings and select the
option for a factory reset.
Displaying “F/W Update Mode”
This will happen when the Power
button and Preset button are pressed
down together. To switch this off,
please insert a pin into the preset port
at the back of the unit.
