Application
The Magnetic Micro Revolution, the portable electric fi le is designed for
all nail fi ling techniques (for removing of old enhancements, buffi ng
and sculpting etc). The machine is light (250 grams) and small, it can
go anywhere you go. The Micro Revolution comes with a very handy
bag, which you can tie around your waist. This allows you fl exibility and
cordless work during classes and demonstrations. The Micro Revolution
runs on a lithium ion battery, a guarantee for long life. With a fully
charged battery you can work three hours. It takes 2 hours to charge
the battery and you can also work during charging. Read – for your
own benefi t – the following conditions regarding the instructions and

Safety Precautions
• Please work safe and responsible. Knitted gloves, clothes with open
cuffs and long hair are likely to being caught in the machine.
• Please wear goggles to prevent dust and particles from getting
in the eyes. In addition, please wear a disposable mouth mask to
prevent breathing in dust and particles.
• Please use the machine in a dry, ventilated space with a temperature
between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius with an average humidity varying
between 20 to 80% (no condensation). Never use the machine in a
wet or humid place. Moisture can cause short circuiting, fi re or rust.
• During operation, sparks of fi re can occur in the hand piece. Never
use the machine near fl ammable or explosive materials such as
lacquer, paints, thinner, gasoline, gas, adhesives et cetera.
• Please make sure cord and plug are not damaged to prevent current
leakage, shocks or fi re. Always check cords and cables before starting
the machine. Let a broken cord be repaired by a professional.
• Use the machine in a clean, tidy place to avoid tripping over cords.
• Please use bits with specifi ed standard for the machine. Please work
within the permitted range of rotation.
• Please do not place a cloth or anything else on the ventilation slits
of the machine. Also, please avoid using the machine while any dust
is attached around the ventilation holes.
• Only use the battery as delivered or buy a new one at your Supplier.
• Do not cover the electric fi le while charging the battery.
• Unplug the electric fi le after charging.
• Avoid heat and pressure on the battery pack.
• Immediately turn off the machine when the battery is empty.
• The portable electric fi le runs on a lithium ion battery, a guarantee
for long life. If the machine is not working correctly it is possible to
change the battery. Dispose the battery as chemical waste.
• Avoid contact with fl ammable materials like alcohol, oil and other
liquids while charging.
• Please do not blow compressed air into ventilation holes of the
machine.
• Turn off the machine during absence.
• Keep the machine out of reach of children.
• Never operate the machine without a bit.
• When operating an electric fi le, we urgently advice you to use a
built-in table vent.
• Never change anything to the machine that could affect the original
functionality or safety.
• Never use the machine for other purposes than described.
Precautions while at work
• Please ensure that all parts of the machine are fi rmly connected
before use. Turn the speed button to MINUS, hold the hand piece
fi rmly and press the on-off button to increase the speed slowly.
• Never use the machine under the specifi ed Voltage (230V).
• Turn off the machine while changing the tools.
• Keep hands, eyes and face on a safe distance while the machine is
working.
• Turn the machine off immediately when feeling abnormal movement
during operation.
• Do not operate the fi le when the bit is not locked. It may damage the
hand piece.
• Replace a protective bit after use to prevent defects.
• Keep moving the bit constantly, don’t keep the bit on the same spot
of the nail.
• Please do not give to much pressure to the bit while rotating. It does
not only work ineffi cient but it could also damage the bit and nail.
• Do not drop the hand piece. If it happens, ensure yourself of a
normal appearance of the tool and bit and then operate increasing
the speed from the [MIN] position gradually. If something unusual is
detected, contact your supplier.
• Do not drop the motor or battery. The battery contains acid liquid
which can leak after falling. In case of contact with skin or eyes wash
with water and contact a doctor. Do not rub.
Maintenance and inspection
• Remove dust or dirt with a brush or soft cloth after use. After that
use a moist towel. Dry off with a duster. If there is dirt on the inside
of the collet, remove the collet from the head and clean it.
• Use dust protectors to prevent dust from damaging your hand piece.
• Never place a dust protector against the hand piece, leave some
space in between.
• Always remove the bit from the hand piece when you are fi nished
working. Replace by the protective bit.
• Disinfect your bits according to the guidelines of your supplier.
• Periodical inspection is recommended every 1 or 2 years for safe and
effi cient use. Please consult your service supplier.
