3.7 Setting the Coil Area
a) Press the front panel SET key until the menu system is active
and is at the top menu level. This is indicated by the
appearance of the “SET” message on the top row of the
display.
b) Press the front panel UP (RESET) key or the DOWN (DRIFT)
key until the menu system is set to the Coil Parameter menu
item.
c) Press the front panel ENTER key to enter the sub menu level.
d) Press the front panel UP (RESET) key or DOWN (DRIFT) key
to select the Coil Area sub menu item.
e) Press the front panel ENTER key to enter the menu
parameter level.
f) Press the front panel DOWN (DRIFT) key to move the display
cursor under the digit to be modified, then press front panel
UP (RESET) key to increment the digit to the desired value.
In this example the coil area is set to 5 cm

.
g) Press the front panel ENTER key to store the changes to the
meter configuration. The system will return to the Coil
Parameter sub menu item.
h) Press the front panel SET key to disable the menu system
and return to normal operation.
