For the operation method, refer to the instruction
manual or the simple manual (Segmented error
compensation).
Segmented error compensation function uses a scale
with reference point to correct mechanical errors for
each interval.
The range that can be corrected is the range of the
counter display based on the reference point position.
In order to use this function, it is necessary to
measure the section error of the machine with a laser
interferometer, length reference device, etc. in
advance.
