For the GB-ER series, this is the same as the serial No. of the
matching scale unit.

Status lamp
This is a lamp for checking the signals.
Lit green : Normal
Lit red
: Error (Overspeed, cable disconnection, invalid
signal)

Interface unit tap for fixing
The interface unit can be secured in place using the supplied
fixing plate and screw. (M3 depth 3 mm)

Interface unit
This is connected to the rear panel of the counter unit.
The interface unit incorporates circuits that have been
electrically adjusted to the optical setting.

Conduit cable
This protects the internal cables.

Model name
This indicates the cable model name.

Round connector (female)
This connects with the round connector (male) on the scale
unit.

Input/output connector
Scale signals and reference point signals are output when
DC +5 V is supplied as the power source.
