o Egg whisk for beating and frothing egg white, milk, whipping cream, liquid foods, etc.
o Dust cover can be placed on top of the mixing accessories to provide extra protection of the
ingredients in the bowl and to minimize external dust entering the mixture.

Insert the dough hook / mixing beater / egg whisk directly until it locks into position with a clockwise twist.
Pulse function:
The device is equipped with a pulse function. To use the pulse function, turn the speed selector to “P” and
hold it. The pulse speed corresponds with speed 5 of the speed selector.
NOTE:
Make sure the dough hook, mixing beater or egg whisk is fully inserted into the socket, otherwise your mixing
result may be affected.

Place the bowl splash protector onto the stainless steel bowl .
•
Place the stainless steel bowl in position. First place the bowl on the base, then turn the bowl
clockwise until it locks into the right position (see fig.1). Turn the bowl counter clockwise to unlock it.
•
To lower the head and place the dough hook , mixing beater or egg whisk into the stainless steel
bowl , hold the mixer head with one hand and ease the head downwards and push the tilt button down.
A clicking sound will be heard when the head reaches the correct position.

Make sure the bowl splash protector is in place.
•
Once mixing has been completed, turn the speed selector to the “0” (OFF) position and unplug the cord
from power socket.
•
Turn the tilt button counter clockwise to the upwards position , the mixer head will automatically lift and
lock into the tilt position.
•
The speed selector must be in the “0” (OFF) position and the plug must be unplugged from the power
socket before pulling out the beater/hook/whisk.
•
The device has a thermal fuse protection. If the device gets stuck due to a hard mixture or due to obstructions
and the device starts to overheat, it will automatically blow the thermal fuse and the device will stop working. To
prevent this from happening, immediately switch OFF the unit by turning the speed selector to the “0” (OFF)
position and disconnect the device from the mains power by removing the plug from the power socket.

The device will automatically switch OFF after 10 minutes of non-stop use, this is an automatic safety
feature.
Using the device for mixing
• Make sure the speed selector is in the “0” (OFF) position and insert the power plug in the power socket.
• Once the bowl and mixing accessory have been installed and ingredients have been placed in the bowl, turn the speed
selector to your desired speed (0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 - 6).
