Using the device
Before assembling the device, make sure the cord is unplugged from the power socket and the speed selector
is in the “0” (OFF) position.
•
If the tilt button is turned upwards (counter clockwise), the head of the mixer will be automatically
released and locked into the tilt position.
•
Select the desired attachment, depending on the type of mixing:
o Dough hook for kneading dough for bread as well other fermenting dough.
o Mixing beater for mixing and beating eggs, butter and batter, for example: biscuits, bread, cake,
pastry etc.

3) INSTALLING AND USING THE DEVICE
First use
Open the packaging carefully before taking out the device. Make sure the device is complete and undamaged.
If any components are missing or damaged, contact the vendor and do not use the product. Retain the
packaging or recycle it in accordance with local regulations.
•
Remove all packaging from the device.
•
Clean the device. Please refer to the 'cleaning and maintenance’ section.
•
Continue with the procedure described in the 'using the device' section.
