brand. We therefore cannot guarantee that these examples are the best settings for your ingredients and you
will need to experiment to find the best settings for your needs. Because the rapid air technology immediately
reheats air inside the device, briefly removing the frying basket from the device during hot air frying barely
disturbs the cooking process.
Tips:
• Small ingredients usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger ingredients.
• Shaking ingredients halfway through cooking usually produces the best results and can prevent ingredients
being unevenly cooked.
• Add a little bit of oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Cook your potatoes in the device once the oil has
been added to the fresh potatoes.
• Do not use the device to prepare very fatty ingredients, such as sausages.
• Snacks which can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the device.
• Use products that are specially made for ovens or air health fryers.
• You can also use the device to heat up ingredients. If you want to heat up ingredients, set the temperature to
150°C for a maximum of 10 minutes.
Follow these steps to prepare homemade chips:
1)
Peel the potatoes and cut them to the required size (e.g. 8 x 8mm).
2)
Thoroughly wash them and dry them with kitchen roll or a tea towel.
3)
Pour 1/2 a tablespoon of olive oil into a bowl, place the chips in the bowl and mix until the chips are covered
in oil.
4)
Remove the chips from the bowl with your fingers or a kitchen utensil and shake them so that the excess oil
remains in the bowl.
5)
Place the chips in the inner basket of the device.
6)
Cook the chips based on the instructions in this section, until they are nice and crisp.
