• Allow the device to warm up for 15 minutes without any food in the basket.
• On the digital control panel (in USER MODE), touch the temperature button [1] and set the temperature to
200°C; touch the time button [3] to set the time to 15 minutes and touch the power ON/OFF button [7] to start
the process.
• You will encounter a small amount of smoke and a specific smell the first time you use the device. This is
normal and will soon disappear. Make sure there is adequate ventilation.
Cooking / Frying
• Place the device on a flat, stable surface, in a place where it cannot fall over.
• Switch ON the device using the power ON/OFF button.
• Use the handle to remove the frying basket from the device [3] and place it on a stable, horizontal, flat surface.
• Place the crisper into the frying basket [4] and place the empty frying basket back into the device until you
hear a click [6].
• PRE-HEATING: In USER MODE, set the desired temperature; set the time to 3 minutes; press the power ON/
OFF button to start the pre-heating session and allow the device to warm up.
• After pre-heating, use the handle to remove the frying basket from the device [3] and place it on a stable,
horizontal, flat surface. Caution: The device and frying basket will be hot [2]. Act carefully to avoid injury.
• Place foodstuffs into the frying basket [5]. Caution: Never fill the frying basket above the MAX indicator.
• Do not fill the frying basket with oil or other liquids.
• Insert the frying basket back into the device until you hear a click. [6].
• On the touch panel [7], select the desired preset cooking program (see: description of buttons, preset menu
selection) using the preset menu button or set the desired temperature and time and press the Power ON/OFF
button to start the cooking process.
• The device will start to operate and will stop automatically when the timer reaches 0. The front display [8] will
indicate the temperature of the cooking program and the remaining cooking time in minutes.
• It is recommended to occasionally remove the frying basket [9] during cooking, so food items can be shaken
[10]. This means all items will be evenly browned on all sides. The timer will continue but the heating process
will pause until the frying basket is replaced.
• You can also pause the cooking program by touching the pause/start button. Press the pause/start button
