3.1 MAINTENANCE
Clean the labels on the
mach ne, replace worn out
labels.
Repa r or replace the worn
out weld ng cables.
Clean and t ghten the weld
term nals.
Check the solat on of the
electrode holder, earth
clamp and the r cables.
ONCE IN EVERY 3 MONTHS
ONCE IN EVERY 6 MONTHS
Open the covers of the
machine and clean with
dry air.

DO NOT PLUG THE MAINS ELECTRIC CABLE BEFORE CLOSING ALL THE
CABINET PANELS.

Str ctly follow the nstruct ons conta ned n safety rules wh le serv c ng the
mach ne.
Before remov ng any screw on the mach ne for ma ntenance, power
supply must be d sconnected from the electr c l nes and 10 seconds
should be allowed for capac tor d scharg ng.
