Incorrect use of the DAB+ Radio can cause the DAB+ Radio to
be damaged.
− Place the DAB+ Radio on an easily accessible, level, dry,
heat-resistant and sturdy work surface. Do not place the
DAB+ Radio at the edge or periphery of the work surface.
− Avoid overheating by never positioning the DAB+ Radio
directly against a wall or underneath mounted cupboards.
− Never place the DAB+ Radio on or near hot surfaces (e.g.
stove tops, etc.).
− Ensure that mains cable does not come into contact with
hot parts. Never expose the DAB+ Radio to excessive
temperatures (heating, etc.).
− Never pour liquid into the DAB+ Radio.
− When cleaning, never immerse the DAB+ Radio in water
and do not use steam cleaner. The DAB+ Radio could
otherwise be damaged.
− Do not use the DAB+ Radio if plastic or metal parts of it show
cracks or tears or are deformed. Replace damaged parts
only with original spare parts.
− Damage to the electronics, lens or accessory caused by
external influences such as impacts, falls or others are not
covered by the warranty and are chargeable.
− The DAB+ Radio is waterproof to IP standard IP54, so it can
also be used outdoors.
The AC adaptor is suitable for indoor use
only! The adaptor may not be used outside
buildings.
