Troubleshooting
The power bank is not charging
• Check that the power bank connection is connected
correctly.
• Check whether you are using a suitable power supply
(5V/2A) to charge the power bank.
A mobile device is not charging
• Make sure that the integrated battery is full.
• Check whether the connection to the mobile device is
active.
• If charging is interrupted after approx. 35 seconds, the
charging current of the device is less than 70 mA. The
device cannot then be charged with the power bank.
It can also help to check the operating instructions
of the mobile device to be charged for possible
reasons for the charging error.
The power bank does not respond
• The current consumption of the connected devices is too
high. This triggers the internal overcurrent fuse. Reduce
the number of connected devices.
