Unwind the cord and plug
into an earthed socket.

Before using your appliance for the first time, wash all the parts thoroughly (except for the motor unit).
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch alle Teile (außer dem Motorblock) sorgfältig waschen.
Remove the paddle.
Rührarm herausnehmen.
Lift out the removable bowl.
Schüssel herausheben.
Remove the lid and unscrew
the cap.
Deckel abnehmen und Kappe
abschrauben.
Pour in a measure of spirits.
(e.g. rum or kirsch).
Einen Messbecher Branntwein
(z. B. Rum oder Kirschwasser)
hineingießen.
Put the paddle back.
Rührarm einsetzen.
Switch the freezer unit on.
Kühlanlage einschalten.
Press the paddle button.
Rührwerk einschalten.
Lock everything into place.
Alle Teile an ihren Plätzen
befestigen.
Close the lid.
Deckel schließen.
Put the removable bowl back.
Schüssel einsetzen.
Pour your ingredients into
the bowl.
Mischung hineingießen.
Always make sure that the lid is securely on before operating your appliance, to avoid unnecessary rises in temperature.
We recommend you switch the freezer unit on 5 minutes before adding the ingredients in order to pre-freeze the bowl.
Your ingredients must be pre-chilled in the refrigerator to a temperature of approximately 10° C.
Das Gerät nur bei geschlossenem Deckel betreiben, um Kälteverlust zu vermeiden.
Wir empfehlen, die Kühlanlage 5 Minuten vor dem Einfüllen der Mischung einzuschalten, um die Schüssel vorzukühlen.
Die Mischung sollte zuvor im Kühlschrank vorgekühlt werden, damit sie eine Temperatur von etwa 10° C hat.
During the freezing/churning process, the ice cream will double in volume, so make sure that the bowl is never
more than half full to begin with. As sorbets do not increase as much in volume, the bowl can be two-thirds full at
the start.
Bei der Zubereitung von Eiscreme verdoppelt sich das Volumen der Eismasse. Deshalb die Schüssel höchstens bis
zur Hälfte füllen. Bei der Zubereitung von Sorbet nimmt das Volumen nicht so stark zu und die Schüssel kann bis
zu zwei Dritteln gefüllt werden.
